HOW TO ORDER?

To receive your jewelry as quickly as possible, select the delivery option "Collection at the Hellfest stand" note this means that you can come to our stand to collect your jewelry . If you cannot come to the festival, choose home delivery or a collection point and your order will be shipped to you from the beginning of July 2025, following the chronological order of the orders received.

HOW DO I REMOVE MY JEWELRY AT HELLFEST?

You will need to come to our stand at the entrance to the Extreme Market with your proof of purchase and an ID. If you are picking up the jewelry for someone, we will need their proof of purchase and a copy of their ID. A copy on your mobile is sufficient; there is no need to print your confirmation or bring your physical ID.

I'M NOT GOING TO HELLFEST HOW CAN I GET THIS LIMITED EDITION?

If you can't make it to Hellfest, you can order with standard delivery. Please note, however, that jewelry will only be shipped after the festival, i.e., around July 2025. You can also send a trusted person to pick up the jewelry for you if you'd like it before then.

HOW MANY COPIES IS THIS EDITION LIMITED TO?

200 copies in the standard version and 18 copies in the All Access finish.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE IF THE SIZE IS WRONG?

To answer quickly: YES. However, we recommend taking your time to properly assess your size. For the ring, you can order one of our ring sizers or visit a jeweler to measure your finger. For the bracelet, simply measure your wrist with a tape measure.

If you ever realize you made a mistake when ordering, we cannot guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the stand. Our teams will do everything in their power to satisfy you as quickly as possible, but it may be that stock does not allow for an immediate exchange and we may be forced to ship your exchange to you.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We know it's difficult to plan months in advance, and we believe you have the right to change your mind. If you change your mind at any time up until Hellfest, we'll refund your order, no questions asked (except for custom sizes or engraved jewelry).
